Monday Classes
6am – Strength and Conditioning Training Class (bring shoes)
Pre-requisite: Open to any student with a class card, open to All levels
6pm – Muay Thai Sparring – Open to all levels Light sparring
Pre-requisite: Passed Level One Testing
7pm – Strength and Conditioning Training and Muay Thai Class (bring shoes)
Pre-requisite: 6-week beginner class, All Levels are able to take this class.
8pm – 3 weeks Beginning Muay Thai Class – 3 week class – Next Session August 1st -

Pre-requisite: 6-week beginner class, open to all levels
7pm – Sparring Technique Class All Levels
Pre-requisite: 6-week beginner class, open to all levels
Thursday Classes
6pm – Strength and Conditioning Training and Muay Thai Class

7pm – Muay Thai All Levels

Friday Morning Classes
6am – Strength and Conditioning Training Class (bring shoes)
Pre-requisite: All levels
Saturday Morning Classes
10am – Advanced Muay Thai
Pre-requisite: Level 1 and above only.
11am – All Levels
Pre-requisite:6-week beginner class, Open to all levels
1st Saturday of each month Class – 2 hour
