Monday Classes
6am – Strength and Conditioning Training Class (bring shoes)
Pre-requisite: Open to any student with a class card, open to All levels
6pm – Muay Thai Sparring – Open to all levels Light sparring
Pre-requisite: Passed Level One Testing
7pm – Strength and Conditioning Training and Muay Thai Class (bring shoes)
Pre-requisite: 6-week beginner class, All Levels are able to take this class.
8pm – 6 weeks Beginning Muay Thai Class – 6 week class – please check MindBody to Sign up on-line! Space is Limited. Please check MindBody for dates or call the gym. There is no walk in registration for the beginner class. All students must sign up through Mind Body. Beginner classes run every 7-8 weeks.
This is a pre-requisite before you take any other classes at Short North Muay Thai. If class roster is full we will not be able to take walk-ins. Sign up online to guarantee a spot in class.
Tuesday Classes
6am – Yoga All Levels
6pm – Muay Thai All Levels

7pm – Boxing (Hands only)
Pre-requisite: 6 -week beginner class, open to all levels
Wednesday Classes

7pm – Sparring Technique Class All Levels

10am – Advanced Muay Thai
Pre-requisite: Level 1 and above only.
11am – All Levels
Pre-requisite:6-week beginner class, Open to all levels
1st Saturday of each month Class – 2 hour
Pre-requisite: 6-week beginner class, Open to all levels
