2 Day Muay Thai Camp! Join Kru for a 2 day camp to learn techniques in-depth. Both days will start with a group run and led jump rope and shadow boxing. Camp is from 8 am - 11:30 am Saturday and Sunday
Saturday Focus: Striking and moving. front kick work on belly pads, timing, boxing, upper cuts, up jab, body shots and grabbing legs
Sunday Focus: Clench and elbow sparring
Sunday Dinner: Celebrate with group dinner at Bangkok Thai @ 5:30PM.
*Bring snacks and your own jump rope (if you have) and running shoes.
